About me

Hey There! My name is Josephine Jules, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of Florida for over 5 years of experience helping individuals, families, and couples navigate the complexities of life and relationships.

Experience

My clinical journey includes working in diverse settings, including inpatient mental health, nonprofit organizations, and private practice. The majority of my work focuses on anxiety, depression, relational issues, difficult life transitions, chronic illness, chronic pain, and intergenerational trauma. I am particularly passionate about helping families in all stages of life find balance, joy, and fulfillment.

Approach and style

Rooted in collaboration, I integrate your values and strengths into our work. Along with Narrative Therapy, I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, self-compassion and mindfulness based therapies amongst others. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy which is a wonderful, evidence-based therapy for reprocessing and releasing trauma, anxiety, depression and more.
As a Haitian-American and neurodivergent therapist, I bring my lived experiences and deep passion for supporting others into every session. I enjoy working with teens, families, and couples, helping them navigate challenges like self-esteem, coping skills, relationship struggles, and perinatal mental health concerns. My commitment to growth and learning drives me to stay informed through research, training, and mentorship. Creating a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered is my purpose, and I am honored to walk with you on your journey.

“What’s more important than the intensity of the challenge you face in life is how you relate to yourself in the midst of it.”
